About the Project
You will join an international Data & Analytics team focused on leveraging Data Science and Machine Learning to drive innovation and business value. Working closely with Data Engineers, MLOps specialists, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of analytical initiatives, from data exploration and experimentation to model deployment and performance monitoring.
This role provides an opportunity to work on advanced analytical challenges while helping shape the future of data-driven decision-making within a global organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Develop predictive models, classification algorithms, recommendation engines, and advanced analytical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and statistical experiments.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and MLOps teams to productionize machine learning solutions and monitor their performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of models through validation, experimentation, and optimization.
- Communicate complex analytical outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
- Research and evaluate emerging tools, methodologies, and technologies in Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience in Data Science and Machine Learning projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Scikit-Learn, Pandas, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Expert-level SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of:
- Statistical methods,
- Probability theory,
- Hypothesis testing,
- Predictive modeling,
- Machine Learning principles.
- Experience conducting exploratory data analysis and generating actionable insights.
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and results to business stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience deploying Machine Learning solutions into production environments.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and MLflow.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale data platforms and large datasets.
- Exposure to modern AI solutions and advanced analytics environments.
