Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer with 5 7 years of experience in low code application development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian application development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Appian platform. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team and deliver high quality applications that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian platform.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform application testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Maintain and enhance existing Appian applications, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Document application designs, processes, and workflows for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest Appian features and best practices to continuously improve application development processes.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in Appian application development.
Strong understanding of low code development principles and methodologies.
Experience with Appian BPM, SAIL, and integration capabilities.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with other low code platforms.
Knowledge of database management and SQL.
Understanding of web services and API integrations.
Experience in working with cross functional teams.
