About The Job

The Manager - Communications, Branding & Outreach will lead internal communications, employer branding, executive communications, employee engagement, and strategic outreach. The role will partner with Executive Leadership, HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and business teams to strengthen organisational alignment, employee connection, leadership visibility, and employer brand while maintaining consistent messaging across internal and external audiences.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute the enterprise internal communications strategy in alignment with business and people priorities.

Build annual communication roadmaps, editorial calendars, and governance standards.

Translate complex business strategies and initiatives into clear, engaging employee communications.

Prepare executive messages, town-hall content, presentations, speeches, webcasts, and leadership updates.

Act as a trusted communications partner to senior leaders and support leadership visibility across the organisation.

Lead communication campaigns supporting employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, inclusion, belonging, and organisational transformation.

Develop change-communication plans for major business initiatives and support adoption through timely, audience-focused messaging.

Own and manage internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, email campaigns, collaboration platforms, digital signage, and video communications.

Maintain editorial quality, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards across communication materials.

Develop and execute employer-branding initiatives that strengthen the organisation’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing on recruitment-marketing campaigns, campus hiring, industry forums, leadership events, conferences, webinars, and community outreach.

Create employer-brand content, including employee stories, leadership features, videos, social content, and digital campaigns.

Coordinate employer awards, certifications, and external recognition programmes.

Build relationships with universities, professional associations, media, and strategic partners as appropriate to the role.

Define communication KPIs and dashboards, and use employee feedback, campaign analytics, engagement data, and recruitment indicators to improve effectiveness.

Manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, vendors, and communication projects from planning through execution.

Who You Are (Education & Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

8-12 years of progressive experience in internal communications, employer branding, corporate communications, or a related discipline.

Experience supporting senior executives in a medium-sized or large organisation.

Experience in a global organisation, shared-services environment, or global capability centre is preferred.

Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies, executive content, employee-engagement campaigns, and employer-branding initiatives.

Experience managing communication channels, cross-functional projects, and measurable communication programmes.
