TBS IT | Service Expert – Linux Server (f/m/d)

Your role
- As part of TBS Hybrid Infrastructure Services Linux Server Team you will perate and maintain primarily RHEL 8 servers throughout their lifecycle, from deployment and configuration through patching, optimization and decommissioning
- Monitor system health, availability and performance, and proactively identify improvementopportunities
- Plan and execute updates and security patchesusingRed Hat Satellite, including repeatable and scheduled administration tasks
- Implementsystem hardening, firewall and access-control measures to maintain a secure server environment
- Resolvecomplexsecond-and third-levelincidents, performroot-cause analyses and implementsustainable solutions
- SupportITIL-basedincident, problem, change, configuration and release processes whilemeetingservice-levelcommitments
Your profile
- Several years of hands-on experienceadministering and operating Linux server environments, ideally in production and non-production settings
- Strongknowledge of RHEL, particularly RHEL 8; experiencewith CentOS, Ubuntuor SUSE is an advantage
- Practical expertisewith Linux services such as Apache, NGINX, SSH, DNS, logging, mail services and time synchronization
- Experience with system hardening, monitoring and performance analysis, ideally using Red Hat Satellite, Zabbix, Grafana or comparable tools
- Knowledge of virtualization and hybrid infrastructure, preferably KVM, VMware vSphere and Microsoft Azure services such as virtual machines, Hybrid AD and Azure Monitor
- Confident automation and service-management skills with Ansible, Shell/Bash and Python, combinedwith experiencein ITIL processes, ITSM tools, documentation and CMDB maintenance

- Remote, with monthly in-person project meetings at our Warsaw HQ (Daszyńskiego Roundabout, Przykopowa 31) with on-site parking
- Service runs on the Polish working calendar
- Because the platform matters beyond office hours, the role includes a planned, fairly rotated on-call schedule (evenings/weekends, incl. Polish public holidays) and occasional weekend maintenance windows, separately compensated
