Role Purpose

- We are looking for an early-career product professional who can help modernize how software products are defined,

prototyped, developed, tested, and shipped.

- You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Business teams to convert product opportunities

into clear use cases, rapid prototypes, production-ready features, and measurable outcomes.

- This is not a coordination-only role. You should be comfortable using AI coding models and modern development

tools to experiment, prototype, test, review outputs, and work alongside developers to improve delivery speed without

compromising security, reliability, or customer value.

- Ownership Expectation: You will own assigned product areas from problem definition through launch and

continuous improvement, working closely with the inbound Product Manager and Engineering leaders.

What You Will Own

- Own assigned AI-enabled product features across discovery, prioritization, requirements, prototyping, development,

validation, launch, adoption, and iteration.

- Translate customer and business problems into clear use cases, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, edge

cases, and measurable outcomes.

- Use AI development and vibe-coding tools to build proof-of-concepts, working prototypes, workflow demonstrations,

test utilities, and implementation references.

- Work hands-on with Engineering during solution design and implementation, clarify requirements, challenge

unnecessary complexity, and remove delivery blockers.

- Establish practical AI-assisted delivery practices, including prompt and context standards, prototype-to-production

handoffs, evaluation checkpoints, versioning, CI/CD alignment, observability, and release readiness.

- Create story-based QA scenarios covering primary journeys, alternate paths, negative scenarios, permissions, data

quality, failure recovery, performance, and regression impact.

- Participate in feature testing, reproduce defects, assess severity, and verify that releases solve the intended customer

problem.

- Define evaluation criteria for AI-powered features, including quality, groundedness, consistency, latency, cost, safety,

human review, and fallback behaviour where applicable.

- Maintain a focused product backlog with clear priorities, dependencies, decisions, release scope, and trade-offs.

Drive fast but controlled releases while balancing enterprise requirements such as security, access control,

auditability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Collect customer feedback and product usage signals after release and convert learnings into product improvements.

- Document reusable product patterns, AI delivery practices, test scenarios, and key learnings for wider team adoption.

How You Will Collaborate

- Partner with the inbound Product Manager to shape priorities and convert product direction into delivery-ready work.

- Work closely with Engineering and QA from story definition through production verification.

- Engage Solution, Consulting, Support, Sales, and customer-facing teams to validate use cases and incorporate field

feedback.

- Communicate progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and functional leaders.

Required Qualifications

- BE/BTech and MBA are mandatory.

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Software Delivery, Engineering, QA,

Implementation, or related technology roles.

- Freshers are not eligible for this role.

- Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle, Agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria,

backlog management, testing, and release processes.

- Hands-on exposure to AI coding assistants, low-code/no-code tools, APIs, databases, integrations, or development

environments.

- You do not need to be a full-time developer, but you must be willing to build, test, debug, experiment, and learn.

- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business problems into product

and technical clarity.

- Ability to work through ambiguity and take end-to-end ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Product Management certification is an added advantage.

- Exposure to AI-assisted software development, rapid prototyping, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks,

LLMOps/MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, or automated testing.

- Experience with enterprise SaaS, iPaaS, API integrations, ERP, eCommerce, workflow automation, or AI agent

products.

- Ability to read code, understand API specifications and logs, write basic scripts or queries, or independently configure

workflow prototypes.

Capabilities That Will Make You Successful

- Product Judgment: Identify the real user problem, make sensible trade-offs, and focus on outcomes.

- Technical Curiosity: Quickly learn unfamiliar tools and engage Engineering teams with structured, credible

questions.

- Bias for Action: Move quickly from ideas to working evidence while maintaining appropriate controls.

- Quality Ownership: Treat acceptance criteria, edge cases, evaluation, and production behaviour as product

responsibilities.

- Structured Communication: Create clarity across Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.

Learning Agility: Actively evaluate new AI models, tools, and delivery methods.

Success Measures

- Reduced cycle time from approved use case to validated prototype and production release.

- Higher quality of stories entering development with clear acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and measurable

outcomes.

- Lower avoidable rework, requirement-related defects, and release reversals.

- Increased adoption of practical, secure, and repeatable AI-assisted delivery practices.

- Released features demonstrate customer value, product adoption, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Why This Role Matters

- This role will directly influence how quickly Bizdata converts customer and market needs into working solutions,

measurable outcomes, and repeatable product capabilities.

- You will be expected to learn fast, work across functions, experiment with modern AI-enabled development practices,

and demonstrate ownership from problem definition through delivery, adoption, and improvement.

Equal Opportunity

- Bizdata is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse perspectives and evaluate applicants based on

role-relevant skills, experience, potential, and alignment with our working principles.
