Voice Engineer – Tokyo, Japan

Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM and enterprise Voice systems
- Experience with Avaya Voice systems, Voice Gateways, and conferencing equipment
- Hands-on experience with NICE NTR Voice Recording – basic call testing, query and playback
- Perform daily health checks and troubleshooting of RTC Voice systems
- Provide onsite and remote voice support across the APAC region
- Support phone, headset, webcam and audio conferencing device installation
- Handle user account administration, including creation, modification, reinstatement and revocation
- Perform Move, Add & Change (MAC) activities and general Voice support
