Requirement Details
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep Node.js and React experience, with full-stack ownership from data model to UI
- Strong AWS experience in a production environment
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
- Payments domain experience (Worldpay, Stripe, Adyen, or similar) is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills — this role involves close collaboration with Product, QA, and DevOps, and mentoring other engineers, so clear, confident communication is a key requirement
