Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain SQL queries used for reporting, analytics, and data validation.

- Assist with building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.

- Support data transformation and modeling using tools such as dbt.

- Assist with workflow orchestration using Airflow or similar platforms.

- Work with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses to support data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.

- Help develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

- Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot issues with reporting and data pipelines.

- Work with senior team members to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting and analytics needs.

- Document data processes, reporting logic, and technical solutions.

- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the organization’s data infrastructure and BI environment.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Financial services experience is required — ideally within investment management, private equity, asset management, banking, or a similar environment.

- Strong proficiency in SQL.

- Experience working with databases, data warehouses, or data pipelines.

- Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or similar technologies.

- Experience with a BI/reporting platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data quality concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline preferred.
