I’m working with a brilliant marketing agency that is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for an agency account manager who knows digital, enjoys being close to clients and gets satisfaction from making things happen.
You’ll sit at the heart of the accounts, bringing clients, Strategists and specialist delivery teams together. You’ll manage a varied mix of digital campaigns and projects across SEO, PPC, social and more, with plenty of opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth.
What you’ll be doing
As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of your accounts. You’ll turn strategies into clear plans, coordinate specialists and make sure work is delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
You’ll become a trusted point of contact for your clients. You’ll lead meetings, manage actions, keep people informed and make sure clients always know what’s happening and what comes next.
No two days will be quite the same. You could be managing an ongoing SEO or PPC campaign one day, coordinating a website build the next, then supporting a proposal or pitch. You’ll work closely with Strategists and specialist teams, bringing the right people together to deliver great work.
You’ll also play an important role in growing existing accounts. You’ll spot opportunities to do more for your clients, support proposals and pitches, and keep a close eye on account forecasts and revenue.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts and digital projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, budgets and competing priorities.
- Experience building and managing client relationships.
- Confidence leading client meetings and communicating project progress.
- A broad understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and social.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- A proactive approach to managing actions, solving problems and keeping work moving.
- Experience supporting account growth, proposals or pitches would be beneficial.
