Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Drone Pilots, Mappers and other field roles including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout and joining follow-ups.
- Work closely with Operations Leads to understand location-wise manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring and replacement of field employees.
- Manage complete onboarding formalities including offer letters, employment contracts, NDAs, KYC documentation, bank details, background verification and joining documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records for all field employees and contractual workers.
- Own daily attendance management across locations and regularly reconcile attendance, leave, absenteeism and deployment data with Operations teams.
- Manage monthly payroll inputs and ensure accurate processing of salaries, deductions, reimbursements, incentives and other applicable components.
- Calculate and validate variable payouts linked to kilometres covered, productivity, attendance or other defined operational parameters.
- Reconcile operational data with attendance and payout records before payroll closure to ensure accuracy.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for field employees and resolve queries related to salary, attendance, leave, policies, benefits, documentation and employment terms.
- Manage company assets issued to employees, including drones, laptops, mobile devices and other high-value equipment and maintain proper issuance, custody and return records.
- Ensure timely recovery of all company assets during employee transfers, replacements, resignations, terminations or other exits.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, attendance concerns, misconduct and policy violations in coordination with Operations Leads and HR leadership.
- Manage the complete exit process including resignations, terminations, absconding cases, notice period tracking, clearance, asset recovery and full-and-final settlement inputs.
- Ensure all employee and contractual documentation remains complete and compliant with applicable company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance and payroll partners for PF, ESIC, TDS and other applicable statutory processes.
- Track contract renewals, employee transfers, location changes, role changes and other employment updates.
- Support deployment and redeployment of employees based on project requirements and changing manpower needs.
- Maintain regular workforce reports covering headcount, vacancies, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, payroll, variable payouts, assets, onboarding and exits.
- Identify recurring operational HR issues and work with stakeholders to improve processes and reduce dependency on manual follow-ups.
- Ensure HR processes are completed within defined timelines and do not become a bottleneck for day-to-day field operations.
Qualifications:
- Location: Rajasthan; willing to relocate based on business requirements
- 1–3 years in HR/HR Operations
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Candidates with experience managing field/contractual workforce, attendance, payroll inputs, variable incentives, employee documentation and HR operations will be preferred.
