Job Description
The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will help define, build, and evolve the digital products that power an on-demand home services marketplace. Working across front-end and back-end systems, this role will turn complex customer, Tasker, and operational requirements into dependable experiences that are simple to use and resilient at scale.
Success will involve more than delivering features. You will improve technical quality, make sound architectural decisions, raise engineering standards, and help product partners prioritise solutions that strengthen marketplace performance. The position calls for someone who can take ownership of substantial workstreams while contributing thoughtful judgement to the wider engineering direction.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and maintain full-stack features across customer, Tasker, and internal operational experiences.
- Translate product goals and service-delivery challenges into clear, scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical planning, API design, and decisions affecting long-term maintainability.
- Strengthen application reliability, performance, observability, security, and overall production readiness.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, operations specialists, and fellow engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Review code, share technical knowledge, and provide constructive guidance that improves engineering quality.
- Investigate complex defects and operational issues, identifying durable fixes rather than short-term workarounds.
- Help establish delivery practices that support incremental releases, effective testing, and confident iteration.
Requirements
- Significant professional experience delivering production software as a full-stack engineer or in a closely related senior engineering position.
- Strong capability across both client-side and server-side development, with sound understanding of modern web application architecture.
- Proven experience designing maintainable APIs, integrating services, and working with data persistence and distributed application concerns.
- Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions while balancing product outcomes, user experience, reliability, and delivery speed.
- Demonstrated success owning complex initiatives from discovery and technical design through implementation, release, and improvement.
- Working knowledge of automated testing, version control, deployment workflows, monitoring, and production support practices.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
- A collaborative, accountable approach to code review, feedback, mentoring, and shared responsibility for software quality.
