We are hiring Precision-Guided Weapon Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, testing, and integration of precision-guided weapon systems, including customer support, engineering analyses, and production line support.
- Define system-level requirements and requirements for system components.
- Prepare technical specifications, system characterization documents, and design documentation.
- Collaborate with prime contractors and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance to subcontractors and oversee their deliverables.
- Perform failure analysis, investigations, and engineering analyses.
- Provide technical support to customers in Israel and abroad.
- Support production and manufacturing lines.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering and/or system specification and characterization – Mandatory.
- Strong multidisciplinary systems-level understanding and perspective – Mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence working directly with customers.
- High level of English proficiency.
