Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager role based in Lucknow. The Service Manager will oversee day-to-day service operations within the property, ensuring high standards of customer experience and efficient resolution of tenant and visitor issues. Responsibilities include coordinating with facility and maintenance teams, monitoring service quality, handling escalations, and enforcing service-related policies and procedures. The role involves managing vendors and service partners, tracking performance metrics, and implementing improvements to enhance overall service delivery. The Service Manager will also prepare regular reports, support safety and compliance initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a welcoming and well-managed environment.

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries and escalations professionally.
