Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
Experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial boiler systems (steam and hot water)
Experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
Ability to diagnose issues with burners, controls, piping, and related HVAC systems
Experience working directly with customers and facility managers
EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
Ability to work independently in a field service environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with large-tonnage chillers
Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Experience supporting commercial facilities such as office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, or industrial environments
