Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a CNC automobile CNC machine operator. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines used in automotive component manufacturing, ensuring that production runs are completed according to specifications and schedules. The operator will interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tools, load materials, and adjust machine parameters to achieve precise dimensions and finishes. Daily responsibilities include performing basic maintenance checks, identifying and reporting equipment issues, and working closely with the quality team to verify parts against required standards. The role also requires strict adherence to safety protocols, accurate documentation of production data, and collaboration with supervisors and colleagues to meet productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications

- CNC machine operation skills, including Machine Operation, Machining, and general Machinery handling.

- Experience with milling processes, including Milling and related machining techniques for automotive components.

- Quality Control skills to inspect parts, measure dimensions, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

- Understanding of basic engineering drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.

- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

- Prior experience as a CNC operator in automotive or industrial manufacturing is preferred.

- Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, manufacturing, or related fields is beneficial.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to work in shift-based operations if required.
