We are looking for a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Embeddings, Transformer Models, Vector Search, Computer Vision, and LLM/VLM technologies.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete ML lifecycle — from data exploration and curation to model development, evaluation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning models for real-world business problems.
- Work extensively with NLP, embeddings, transformer-based models, LLMs, and VLMs.
- Build and optimize semantic search and similarity-search solutions using vector databases and ANN techniques.
- Perform EDA, data curation, data cleaning, feature engineering, and data-centric analysis.
- Work with text and image processing, including NLP and Computer Vision applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software and ML algorithm errors, including Docker-based environments.
- Develop production-ready ML solutions using Python and ML/AI frameworks.
- Work with technologies such as Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, and related ML libraries.
- Implement and optimize vector search using technologies such as FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, or equivalent ANN libraries.
- Apply similarity-search techniques including cosine similarity, dot-product scoring, clustering, and nearest-neighbor approaches.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, VLMs, and modern AI architectures.
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python for Machine Learning / Data Science.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of NLP, embeddings, and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with BERT, RoBERTa, GPT, or similar transformer-based models.
- Practical experience with Vector Search / ANN technologies such as FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of similarity search, cosine similarity, dot-product scoring, clustering, and nearest-neighbor techniques.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, or equivalent libraries.
- Practical experience in text and image processing.
- Knowledge of Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and VLMs.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of Git/version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-centric mindset with strong EDA and data-curation capabilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical ML solutions.
- Awareness of Generative AI and Agentic AI trends.
