Job Title: HR Executive Talent Acquisition
Location: Surat / Rajkot / Vadodara
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with Managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
- Ensure recruitment TAT and manpower requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
