Treasury (PT Indonesia Logam Pratama) is currently looking for someone to join our team as a Customer Service. With following details :
Job Descriptions :
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner via Email, WhatsApp, and Web Chat.
- Record and document all customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.Escalate and coordinate with relevant teams for issues that cannot be resolved directly.
- Conduct outbound chats or calls for specific programs, such as order confirmations, customer satisfaction surveys, or promotional offers (up selling).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (All Majors)
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers
- Experience in handling international projects or international customers is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy
- Able to analyze problems and provide solutions
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable
- Proactive and able to take initiative in suggesting improvements or solutions
- Skilled in soft selling techniques
- Familiar with communication platforms such as email, live chat, WhatsApp Web, and social media
- Experienced with Customer Service applications such as; Qontak, Zendesk and others
