Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Singapore. The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day support to financial advisers and/or managers, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. The role involves handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentation materials, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with data entry and filing. The Personal Assistant will also manage phone calls and emails, greet visitors, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Additional responsibilities may include organizing travel arrangements, supporting client servicing activities, and performing general office administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting professionals or leaders.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting organization.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic record management.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office suite) and comfort learning new digital tools and systems.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate reliability and professionalism in daily tasks.
- Relevant administrative or office experience is preferred; a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
