About The Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP M2S Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing-to-Supply (M2S) processes and SAP S/4HANA. The role involves driving process standardization, supporting global rollouts, and enabling digital transformation across manufacturing and supply processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business value and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing-to-Supply (M2S) process in alignment with the overall process strategy.
- Communicate, implement, and maintain standardized M2S processes at a global level.
- Manage M2S deployment activities across rollout and implementation projects.
- Analyze and align process changes based on business requirements, standards, regulations, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Support the development of the roadmap for M2S rollout and process maturity improvement.
- Ensure sustainable implementation, adoption, and compliance with defined process standards.
- Drive digitalization and automation within manufacturing and supply processes, including standardized Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Monitor relevant KPIs and initiate improvement, transformation, and capability-building initiatives.
- Train and coach business users and functional teams on standardized processes and best practices.
- Work closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Support change management and ensure effective adoption of new processes and solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 9–15 years of overall experience including 8+yrs of relevant experience in SAP PP / Manufacturing processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the Manufacturing area.
- Strong functional expertise in Manufacturing-to-Supply (M2S) processes.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing processes through implementation, rollout, transformation, or operations projects.
- Experience in SAP consulting or manufacturing industry is mandate. Experience in Consumer Goods or Retail industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of process standardization, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
