- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 20 years of IT experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Technical Project Management / Agile Delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proven experience managing software development and technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
