BrainBite is a hyper-personalized ed-tech platform that offers 1-on-1 conversational AI tutoring for kids aged 6 and above.
The role
Allround B2C marketer. You own consumer growth end to end: paid and organic acquisition, positioning and messaging towards parents, landing pages and conversion, email and lifecycle, content and social. You do the work yourself rather than brief someone else to do it. We have ~2 marketeers in the team today and we intend to stay lean. You are the marketing function, with the budget and whatever leverage you build with tooling. You report directly to the founder.
You own one number: paid trial signups at a CAC we agree in week one.
Trial period (paid)
This role starts with a paid trial of two to four weeks. There is a breakpoint at two weeks and another at four, and either side can stop at either point.

Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
- Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills
- Proficiency in Web Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content creation and SEO is a plus
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
What we need
- Hands-on experience running Meta and Google ads yourself, with real budgets and results you can talk through. (must)
- B2C subscription growth, ideally in EdTech, consumer apps or direct-to-consumer. (must)
- SEO and SEA, email and lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimisation. (must)
- Using AI tooling to do the work of a bigger team. (must)
- Dutch Language (pre)
Nice to have
- Based in the Netherlands. Friday is our office day, mostly Utrecht and sometimes Den Bosch, the rest is remote.
- Comfortable owning a number rather than owning activity, and comfortable working without a team around you.
