The Medical Director will work closely with senior Clinical Development leadership and cross-functional teams to support the design, execution and interpretation of clinical studies, with a particular focus on Phase II and Phase III development.

- Provide ongoing medical oversight of clinical studies, including review and interpretation of safety, efficacy and clinical data.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with investigators, KOLs and internal senior leadership.

This is an opportunity to join a growing clinical-stage biotech at an important point in its development, taking meaningful ownership of rare disease programs as they progress through mid- and late-stage clinical development.
The position would suit a physician looking for a hands-on Clinical Development role with strong exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional strategy and the opportunity to have a tangible impact on programs addressing significant unmet patient need.
