About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated warehouse and logistics specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods across international borders, optimizing supply chain processes, and supporting the growth of our robotics business.

Your Responsibilities

Warehouse

- Receive and prepare goods for shipping

- Unload and Load Trucks from our locations in Munich via Forklift Operations

Supply Chain Optimization:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing the supply chain and minimizing lead times.

- Evaluate and select third-party logistics partners to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Shipping and Distribution:

- Coordinate and negotiate with freight forwarders, carriers, and shipping agents to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address any issues that may arise during transit.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen events that may impact logistics operations.

Cost Management:

- Monitor logistics expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or efficiency.

- Negotiate favorable terms with logistics service providers and suppliers.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Maintain open and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

- Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

- Proven experience in logistics and import/export management, preferably in the technology or robotics industry

- Experience working in Germany and/or Western Europe is preferred

- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Fluency in German and English is a must

- Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
