Corporate Visions is seeking a Senior Systems and Automation Administrator to own the connective layer across our business applications, identity environment, automated workflows, and emerging product entitlements platform.

This is not a traditional systems administration role focused primarily on account creation or routine support. We are looking for someone who can work across the organization, understand how systems and processes need to interact, and translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Reporting to the Director of IT and Security, this person will help establish stronger governance across integrations while remaining hands-on in their design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

About Corporate Visions

Corporate Visions is a research-driven sales training and enablement company that helps organizations articulate value, differentiate their solutions, and equip commercial teams to have more effective customer conversations.

We operate as a distributed, global organization and continue to invest in the systems, automation, and technology infrastructure needed to support our people and evolving product portfolio.

What You Will Own

Integration Architecture and Governance

- Establish standards, documentation, monitoring, and governance across automated workflows and connected applications.

- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business processes and identify opportunities for integration and automation.

- Enable internal teams to build straightforward automations while providing governance and hands-on support for more complex, cross-functional workflows.

- Serve as the technical bridge among business stakeholders, internal subject-matter experts, development teams, security, and external vendors.

Identity, Authentication, and Entitlements

- Serve as a senior technical owner for identity platforms and protocols, including OneLogin, Entra, Auth0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.

- Own and maintain the company’s authentication and entitlements platform, including SSO, provisioning and deprovisioning, license management, and product access.

- Partner with internal development teams and external vendors to support integrations with new and existing applications.

- Personally implement and maintain integrations that do not require custom product development.

Workflow Automation and API Integration

- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as n8n and Make.com.

- Use REST APIs and webhooks to connect business applications when native integrations are unavailable or insufficient.

- Develop reliable multi-step workflows with appropriate monitoring, documentation, error handling, and recovery paths.

- Support end-to-end business processes such as quote-to-cash, order-to-provisioning, billing, and entitlement management.

Systems and Security

- Administer and improve core business platforms, including Microsoft 365, and support integrations involving systems such as Monday.com.

- Lead SaaS implementations, platform migrations, and complex configuration projects.

- Partner with the Security Analyst to translate policies and remediation requirements into concrete technical controls.

- Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex systems, identity, and integration issues.

- Mentor Systems Administrators and Help Desk team members on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

AI-Forward Systems Administration

- Use AI-assisted and headless approaches to configure, integrate, and maintain platforms through APIs, agents, and orchestration tools.

- Apply tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build agents, accelerate technical work, develop scripts, and solve complex systems problems.

- Continually evaluate emerging AI capabilities that can improve automation, reliability, and efficiency across the technology environment.

What We Are Looking For

- Five or more years of systems administration experience.

- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.

- Deep knowledge of authentication, including SAML 2.0, OIDC, SSO troubleshooting, and SCIM provisioning.

- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and identity platforms such as OneLogin, Entra, Auth0, Okta, or similar tools.

- Hands-on experience building workflows with n8n, Make.com, Workato, Power Automate, or another integration platform.

- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.

- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, SaaS administration, platform migrations, and core networking.

- Practical scripting or coding experience with Bash, Python, or JavaScript.

- Strong written communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders across a distributed organization.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with quote-to-cash, CPQ, order-to-provisioning, subscription billing, usage metering, or customer-facing product entitlements.

- Exposure to Salesforce and billing platforms such as Stripe, Zuora, or Chargebee.

- Experience building multi-step automation workflows with monitoring and error handling.

- Experience configuring platforms through APIs, agents, or MCP-style tooling rather than relying exclusively on administrative consoles.

- Familiarity with DevOps or infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.

- Relevant certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, PL-500, Okta, n8n, Make.com, or Workato certifications are helpful but not required.

The Right Fit

The successful candidate will be forward-thinking, hands-on, and genuinely interested in how AI is changing systems administration and integration work. You should be comfortable moving between technical architecture, stakeholder conversations, implementation, documentation, and complex troubleshooting.

You will know how to create appropriate standards and guardrails without becoming a bottleneck; and how to help teams safely build and manage their own simpler automations.

Location and Schedule

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines or India.

A traditional overnight shift is not required. Candidates must be able to provide approximately two hours of consistent daily overlap with colleagues working across US Pacific and Eastern time zones, with additional flexibility when important projects or incidents require coordination.
