Overview
We’re searching for a Senior Associate of New Business who will assist in the research, development, and execution of new business responses and proposals.
Responsibilities
- Develops a basic knowledge of Digitas’ overall departments and capabilities, as well as the past pitches and cases, and the assets that correspond to them
- Prepares weekly status reports detailing both active and approaching opportunities in the pipeline
- Supports the upper level pitch team in all strategic endeavors
- Works closely with the pitch lead and executive sponsor to ensure that all documents presented to potential clients contain the newest and most relevant material
- Attends and participates in meetings leading up to the pitch
- Manages the satisfactory preparation and timely delivery of all pitch materials
- Distributes all key documents to the internal team
- Creates and maintains teamsites and job codes for pitches as needed
- Liaison for Finance, IT, Legal, and Proofing & Presentations
- Maintains various archiving databases for case studies, boilerplate language, assets, and content from past pitches, including all submitted written response documents and presentation materials
- Secure most relevant and up-to-date agency content on an ongoing basis
- Participates as a collaborative team player within the capability, at Digitas, and with internal clients and peers
- Represents Digitas appropriately with clients, community, and personal network
Qualifications
- Four-year degree
- 2-4 years' account management experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Outstanding organizational, communication/presentation skills
- Proactive and eager, with the ability to work on a semi-autonomous basis
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate interpretation capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise strategic documents
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrates empathy and commitment to the pitch team, proven ability to manage expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; knowledge of Apple Keynote is a plus
- Experience with LexisNexis, Forrester, and/or other research resources is a plus
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $89,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
