Position Overview
We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent automation solutions that combine AI, software development, APIs, and workflow automation.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, APIs, and programming, with the ability to turn manual business processes into scalable and reliable automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows and business processes.
- Integrate LLMs, AI agents, APIs, webhooks, and third-party applications into scalable solutions.
- Develop automation solutions using Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build and optimize workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Develop prompts, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and AI-driven workflows.
- Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize automations for reliability, performance, and cost.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, software development, AI engineering, systems integration, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows and integrating AI/LLM technologies.
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with at least one automation platform such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience with AI observability, evaluation, or LLMOps.
