Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Onboarding Specialist to manage and streamline the onboarding process for US-based employees/clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in US Shift hours, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of onboarding workflows, compliance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for US hires/clients in alignment with company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, compliance, payroll, and operations) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Conduct background verification and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain and update onboarding trackers, systems, and records
- Communicate with candidates/clients regarding onboarding status, requirements, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, company policies, and client-specific requirements
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and provide timely resolutions
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records
- Continuously identify process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR operations, or a similar role (preferably US Staffing)
- Experience working in PST or night shifts
- Strong understanding of US onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
