Supply Chain Analyst – AI & Automation
DOMI is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst with strong AI and automation skills to help us improve supply chain processes, build better systems, and automate repetitive work for growing e-commerce brands.
This role combines Supply Chain, Data, AI, and Process Automation. We are looking for someone who understands supply chain fundamentals but is also highly comfortable using technology to build smarter ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, inventory, purchasing, forecasting, and supplier data.
- Build and improve supply chain reports, dashboards, and planning tools.
- Identify manual and repetitive processes and find ways to automate them.
- Use AI to improve analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
- Build automated workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, Apps Script, and APIs.
- Develop and improve SOPs, processes, and standardized supply chain tools.
- Identify inventory risks such as stockouts, excess inventory, and poor inventory coverage.
- Support DOMI's clients with data-driven recommendations and practical solutions.
- Continuously test new AI and automation tools that can improve DOMI's services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Inventory, Procurement, Demand Planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Google Sheets and/or Excel skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI and process automation — mandatory.
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools, APIs, or workflow automation.
- Advanced English, written and spoken.
- Highly organized, proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently.
Nice to Have
- E-commerce experience.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- SQL or Python knowledge.
- Experience building AI agents or AI-powered workflows.
- Experience working with multiple clients or in a consulting environment.
