We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, TypeScript.
The context: a French technology company, multi-stack, building a large ecosystem of solutions, projects and APIs around the pharmacy, B2C and B2B, with multichannel integrations. Everything is written in-house. In production: a desktop app, several web apps and websites, analytics dashboards, several mobile apps, several kinds of APIs (business, data analysis, content analysis, integration) in real time with large volumes of data flowing in, an intelligent voice assistant deployed across a large panel of pharmacies, AI assistants on self-hosted LLMs, a content and video block. European markets are opening up. Servers are run by a dedicated team: you build the applications and the APIs.
The stack: TypeScript front to back, on Bun and Node. SDK-driven development. Expo with native Swift and Kotlin modules. Go and Rust in the project. Docker everywhere.
Full stack, but not “does everything”. Not someone who touched everything without digging in: someone who deeply knows what they have done, knows what they know, and knows what they are asking an agent to do.
What we look for:
→ Real expertise in backend architecture, with solid foundations and rules that keep the code stable even when assembled from many pieces. The main criterion. → Tests, the whole pyramid, unasked. → Performance and real time: applications that run continuously without hogging resources, and you can prove it. → Docker, mandatory. → Agentic tools mastered, not just used. Claude Code daily, with a critical eye on the output. No blind coding. → Continuous learning: the stack and the tools move every month, you keep up, you try things, you bring back what is worth it. → UX sense on the frontend. Valued, not decisive. → Go: good knowledge is a real plus. Rust, Swift, Kotlin: appreciated.
Above all: professional conscientiousness. You test your work, you are accountable, you understand an ecosystem and build within it. You can talk to sales and operations as easily as to developers.
Fully remote from any country, international tech team of 5, mostly English-speaking (English required, French a plus), a CTO who still ships code.

Fullstack, mais pas « sait tout faire ». Pas quelqu’un qui a touché à tout sans creuser : quelqu’un qui connaît en profondeur ce qu’il a fait, qui sait ce qu’il sait, et qui sait ce qu’il demande à un agent de faire. Ce qu’on cherche :
→ Une vraie expertise en architecture backend, avec des bases solides et des règles qui gardent le code stable même assemblé de nombreuses pièces. C’est le critère principal. → Tests, toute la pyramide, sans qu’on vous le demande. → Performance et temps réel : des applications qui tournent en continu sans consommer, et vous savez le prouver. → Docker, obligatoire. → Outils agentiques maîtrisés, pas juste utilisés. Claude Code au quotidien, avec un œil critique sur ce qui sort. Pas de code à l’aveugle. → De la veille continue : la stack et les outils bougent tous les mois, vous suivez, vous testez, vous ramenez ce qui vaut le coup. → Du sens UX côté front. Apprécié, pas décisif. → Go : de bonnes connaissances, un vrai plus. Rust, Swift, Kotlin : appréciés.
Et surtout : de la conscience professionnelle. Vous testez votre travail, vous rendez des comptes, vous comprenez un écosystème et vous construisez dedans. Vous savez parler aux commerciaux et à l’opérationnel autant qu’aux développeurs.
Full remote depuis n’importe quel pays, équipe tech de 5, internationale et principalement anglophone (anglais requis, français apprécié), un CTO qui code encore.
