🛠 The team
Our product team is composed of 14 people across our Paris and Nantes office: 7 Product managers, 6 Designers and 1 Data Analyst.

You’ll be part of this team while working closely with the Tech team (45+ passionate people across Paris, Nantes, and other remote locations).
🚀 Your mission
We’re looking for a Market Product Manager to join our team and shape the future of Dashdoc’s platform with a focus on the Benelux region.

Core Mission: Represent local market needs for Benelux to drive functional parity against established local competitors and to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Time Allocation:

-
60% Product: Analyze local regulations, define functional gaps, and conduct market benchmarking. Then work with the relevant domain PM, designer and devs to define and implement solutions.

-
40% Pre-sales / Customer Success:

-
Go with the sales team to prospect meetings and gather feedback to unlock future deals

-
Be close to the local customer success (onboarding and run teams) to understand local pains for deployed customers

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and formalize country-specific functional requirements.

Identify country-specific legal requirements and upcoming deadlines.

-
Shape pitches to improve the product based on those requirements.

Advocate for the local roadmap with domain product managers to secure development capacity (see operating model below).

Work with designers and developers to build what was shaped.

-
Participate in pre-sales discussions to gain direct market insights.

-
Train the sales/marketing teams on market specificities, regulations and competitors landscape.

-
Make sure Sales have the means to run a market-adapted demos and conversation.

Identify high-potential partnerships (softwares, federations, consulting firms, etc.)

Brief the marketing team on key features/market roadmap, local messaging, use cases and references.

🙌 We’ll enjoy working together if you are…

Fluent in Dutch - native language or bilingual

Located in Paris, Belgium or the Netherlands and able to meet customers or prospects on the field frequently (1 or 2 days per week on the field in Benelux)

Experienced pro:

You have at least 5 years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering impactful features & products. You identify user problems, evaluate solutions, and iterate quickly.

Bonus points if you’ve shipped in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments!

You’re excited by the challenge of building products for international markets, can adapt to different cultures, and ideally are fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus for some roles!).

Bonus point if you’re fluent in Spanish or other languages.
