We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our growing Barcelona team and play a key role in the development of our Energy & Telecom practice. The position combines project leadership, senior client exposure, team management and business development, in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with strong career development opportunities.
The role has a strong international dimension. French-speaking candidates are particularly relevant to support the continued development of our business in France and other French-speaking markets, while working from Barcelona as part of our Iberian team.

What will your challenge be?
As a Manager, you will take ownership of projects from definition to delivery, combining rigorous problem solving with client leadership, team development and contribution to the growth of the practice.
Experience: around 5–8 years of professional experience
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading strategy, transformation and operational improvement projects from definition to delivery
- Structuring complex problems and translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Managing project teams and building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and contributing to proposals
- Coaching junior team members and contributing to the development of knowledge and the practice
The type of projects you may work on includes:
- Growth strategy, business planning and commercial strategy
- Operating model and organisational transformation
- Operational excellence and performance improvement
- M&A, commercial due diligence and post-merger integration / separation
- Regulatory, market and digital transformation projects

What we are looking for:
- Around 5–8 years of professional experience, with a strong background in strategy, management or operations consulting and proven experience leading projects and teams.
- Knowledge of Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure or Telecommunications is highly valued, although strong candidates from other sectors are also welcome.
- Fluent English and fluent or bilingual French (C1/C2). Spanish is a must and Catalan is valuable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior client stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity and interest in business development and the growth of the practice.
