We are partnering with a leading Irish food manufacturing company to recruit a Financial Controller in Cork.
Are you a commercially focused Financial Controller looking to play a key role in a successful manufacturing business?
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, drive financial performance, and partner closely with operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage cost accounting and inventory reporting.
- Develop and improve financial controls, systems, and processes.
- Oversee annual audit and statutory compliance requirements.
- Drive ERP and business intelligence system improvements
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to support business performance.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- 5+ years' Financial Controller experience within manufacturing.
- Strong commercial and operational awareness.
- Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
