Business Analyst (Digital Identification & Authentication) | Major Dutch bank
A leading Dutch financial institution is expanding its Digital Channels team with a Business Analyst/Business Developer position focused on identification and authentication capabilities across the Web environment. This team owns some of the most frequently used customer journeys in the bank, including login, authentication, and digital signing, and is looking for professionals who can translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
About the role
You will work in a complex stakeholder landscape spanning Product Owners, UX designers, engineers, architects, CISO, and other enabling teams, translating business, security and regulatory requirements into well-defined backlog items. This is a chance to work on high-visibility digital security journeys at one of the largest banks in the Netherlands, with a collaborative, high-performing agile team and strong ownership over requirements from analysis through to delivery.
You will:
- Analyse customer journeys, processes, risks and dependencies related to identification, authentication and digital signing
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including CISO and other enabling teams, to ensure end-to-end delivery
- Support agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and prioritisation
Who are you?
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, or Product Development in a digital environment
- Experience with Web channel environments
- Strong requirements engineering and business analysis skills, with experience translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience with Identification, Authentication, Authorization, and Digital Signing concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams within large, complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder management skills across different organisational levels
- For the app-focused position: hands-on experience with Google Analytics and tagging
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, IT, Digital Innovation or a related field
