One of the top names in the Super Prime Residential market, delivering some of London's most impressive luxury residential refurbishments, with projects reaching up to £15m are looking to bring in a Senior Estimator.
They're looking for someone who is ready for more than simply pricing the next job. You'll be working on high-value, technically demanding residential projects, trusted with real responsibility and given the opportunity to build your position within the business.

What you'll be doing:
• Estimating luxury residential refurbishment projects up to £15m
• Taking ownership of the estimating process from initial enquiry through to tender submission
• Pricing complex, high-specification works with a strong eye for detail and commercial value
• Working closely with clients, designers, subcontractors and the wider pre-construction team
• Building accurate costs, reviewing scope and identifying commercial opportunities and risks
• Helping shape the estimating function as the business continues to grow

Requirements:
• Strong estimating experience within high end, luxury or Super Prime Residential
• Proven experience pricing substantial residential refurbishments
• Comfortable working on projects up to £15m
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confident dealing with clients, subcontractors and professional teams
• Ambitious, commercially driven and looking for the next step in your career
