Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement o9 Demand Planning solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure forecasting models, demand planning workflows, and planning parameters within the o9 platform.
- Develop and customize demand planning models based on client requirements.
- Integrate o9 with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
- Perform data validation, testing, and production deployment activities.
- Support UAT, go-live, and hyper care activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Business, Functional, and Technical teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to demand planning.
- Prepare functional design documents, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Participate in client workshops and provide solution recommendations.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with o9 Demand Planning implementation.

- Experience with Supply Chain Planning concepts.
- Knowledge of o9 Digital Brain Platform.
- Experience in data modelling and planning workflows.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Experience with data integration using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
