Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager ? System Maintenance to oversee system maintenance, IT operations, service delivery, and related technology initiatives.
Responsible for vendor management, project delivery, budgets, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
Ensure smooth system performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end system maintenance and operational support activities.
- Ensure system uptime, availability, and service performance.
- Manage vendors, maintenance contracts, and service providers.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, incidents, and service delivery performance.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.
- Manage project budgets, risks, change requests, and resource utilization.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support procurement, governance, and contract management processes.
