Blackline Limousines is seeking a reliable and professional Chauffeur to provide exceptional transportation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Chauffeur, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. This role requires a blend of hospitality and a dedication to providing a positive experience for all clients.
Duties
- Safely operate various types of vehicles
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated locations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and ensuring their comfort during travel.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Manage routes efficiently to optimize travel time and ensure punctuality.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding any changes or updates related to their transportation needs.
- Assist with loading and unloading of luggage as required. Must be able to lift 50lbs suitcases at times.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 25 years of age per insurance requirement
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Flexibility in work hours, including availability for early morning or late evening shifts as needed. 3rd Shift and weekend shifts are favorable
- Must be familiar with Milwaukee and Chicago areas geographically. Great sense of direction.
