- Experience preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a consulting environment.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." (Retained from standard template, though this is a less technical role)
- DesiredFinancial Services or Payments experience is a plus.
- Preferred background: Consulting / Strategy / Business Transformation.
