Mechanical Product Engineer (Sustaining Engineering)
Join Strauss Water and take ownership of existing product platforms throughout their lifecycle.
What You'll Do?
- Lead product improvements, design changes, and engineering optimization initiatives.
- Investigate field and production issues, perform RCA, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive quality, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and cost-reduction improvements.
- Support manufacturing, quality, service, and supply chain teams in technical problem-solving.
- Lead ECR/ECO processes from concept to implementation.
- Work closely with suppliers on technical issues, qualifications, and product improvements.
- Support validation, testing, and FAI activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Mechanics, Electronics, Firmware, and Systems.
What We're Looking For?
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, or Product Development.
- Experience in multidisciplinary products and mass-production environments.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience with RCA methodologies.
- Fluent English.

- Experience with consumer products, electromechanical systems, supplier management, ECR/ECO processes, FMEA, DFM, DFA, and global manufacturing environments.
