Job Title: Python Automation Architect with Gen AI - Bangalore
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Architect with strong Generative AI expertise to lead the architecture and solution design for an automation initiative.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of overall experience, strong expertise in Python automation and architecture, along with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI.
The role will involve architecting and rapidly developing an automation utility, evaluating opportunities to leverage GenAI and Agentic AI, and defining scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall architecture and technical solution for Python-based automation initiatives.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for intelligent automation using GenAI and Agentic AI.
- Design scalable, modular, secure, and maintainable automation frameworks using Python.
- Evaluate and architect solutions involving LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Determine appropriate use cases for Agentic AI and define agent architecture and interaction patterns.
- Lead technical POCs and rapidly validate GenAI/Agentic AI-based automation approaches.
- Define integration architecture between AI components, enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and automation platforms.
