WE’RE HIRING — AI DEVELOPER
We’re looking for an AI Developer to join our team and work on the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions, from model development and application integration to deployment and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement AI/ML solutions and integrate AI models into applications.
- Develop and manage APIs for AI model deployment.
- Work with data pipelines, databases, and AI/ML applications.
- Perform model evaluation, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Support AI model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Develop clean, modular, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data, Business, and IT.
- Create technical documentation for models, APIs, and projects.
- Apply AI security, Responsible AI, AI Governance, and AI Risk Management principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience or project exposure in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning. Fresh Graduates with relevant projects, internships, or thesis are welcome.
- Strong programming, algorithmic logic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Python, particularly Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience/familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and/or Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Understanding of LLM, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
- Knowledge of SQL Server 2019 and MySQL, including database design, queries, and functions.
- Familiar with Django / Flask for AI application integration.
- Familiar with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, React.js, or AngularJS.
- Familiar with Windows & Linux Server environments.
- Understanding of MLOps, including deployment, versioning, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with AWS; Azure/GCP is a plus.
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and API development.
- Understanding of AI/ML evaluation metrics and model performance analysis.
- Understanding of AI Architecture, scalability, security, and integration with applications, data pipelines, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and AI Risk Management is a plus.
- Good communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
