Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) at BairesDev
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI), you will specialize in designing and deploying multi-step agentic systems to solve complex business challenges. You will act as a technical driver, transforming initial AI prototypes into production-ready, scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer environments.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Develop multi-agent coordination strategies and orchestration layers to handle complex, long-running tasks.
- Enable autonomous decision-making and dynamic tool calling within AI systems to automate end-to-end processes.
- Optimize agent performance and reliability through advanced observability and transformer architecture fluency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI capabilities with real-world business value and operational requirements.
- Establish robust governance and safety guardrails to ensure secure and compliant agent deployments at scale.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing multi-step agentic systems and autonomous agents.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of transformer architectures and tool-calling patterns.
- Experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and observability for long-running workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
