About the Role:
Telemetry data agent is the foundation for the platform which monitors device health. The platform supports analytics, remediation, and employee experience capabilities across millions of Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android devices. The Product Manager will play a key role in owning the product strategy for the agent software.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the agent software, balancing platform reliability, business goals and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead PM and engineering teams to align priorities and define clear product requirements.
- Cross-Platform Consistency: Have working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android OS ecosystems to ensure seamless cross-platform capabilities and user experiences.
- Global Alignment: Partner with U.S. and India teams across design, support, and ops to launch and scale solutions.
- Telemetry Standardization: Standardize telemetry collection to boost data quality, platform scalability, and operational efficiency

- Experience: Proven track record in delivering enterprise device software, SaaS, or platform products.
