Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
- Perform data quality checks and investigate data discrepancies.
- Automate recurring reports and analytical processes where possible.
- Collaborate with business, product, operations, finance, and technology teams.
- Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and provide regular reports to support business objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Good understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Understanding of ETL/data pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with business domains such as finance, sales, marketing, operations, or product analytics.
