About the Role
As a BD Executive in Kadence International (Indonesia), you will be responsible for:
- Discover new business opportunities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
- Deliver a credential presentation
- Track sales metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Responsible for any relevant administration
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related majors
- Have at least 1-3 years of working experience in B2B sales & business development
- Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
