We are partnering with a global leader in IT Solutions and Workforce Services to find a high-performing Senior Business Development Executive for the Malaysian market. This is a consultative, hunter-led sales role targeting enterprise clients.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting and cold calling through to deal closure
- Identify and win new clients, while growing revenue within existing accounts
- Engage at C-level to shape conversations around Digital Transformation, Data & AI, Cloud, Application Development, and Managed Services
- Drive proactive account mapping and pipeline development
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Malaysian market
- Report regularly on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and competitive intelligence
- Represent the business at industry events and client engagement
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Solutions Sales, Technology Consulting, or SI/Managed Services Sales
- A proven hunter mindset - you open doors, build pipelines, and close deals
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling skills - you translate technology into business outcomes
- Working knowledge of enterprise technology trends: AI adoption, cloud transformation, application modernisation, and managed delivery models
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across a matrix organisation
- Self-starter who is proactive, persuasive, and commercially driven
