About the Opportunity
A global leader in the Technology Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Digital Transformation industry is seeking an experienced Deputy Group Manager - Order to Cash Operations to lead critical finance operations and service delivery activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Order to Cash professional with expertise in Credit Management and Cash Applications to join a high-performing team responsible for delivering operational excellence across complex global finance processes.
Working remotely, you will play a key role in driving performance, ensuring service delivery commitments are met, building strong stakeholder relationships, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) operations.
- Manage Credit Management, Cash Applications, invoice processing, query resolution, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and quality targets are consistently achieved.
- Drive operational performance through effective forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Maintain a strong internal control and compliance environment.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support transformation projects.
- Manage customer expectations and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Analyse operational data and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively resolve complex issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support the development and performance of operational teams.
Essential Experience
- Minimum 14 years' experience within Order to Cash operations.
- Strong expertise in Credit Management and Cash Applications.
- Proven experience managing O2C service delivery in a Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), BPO, or Finance Operations environment.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and operational governance.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend business improvements.
- Experience working across finance, operations, and matrix organisations.
- Track record of driving process efficiencies and operational improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
