Growth Associate
Outbound is how we reach the millions of Indian exporters who don't know Skydo exists yet. You'll own the top of that funnel — finding leads, filtering them, and warming them up before anyone picks up a phone. This role sits between product, business, and growth, and you'll be building the systems, not just running them.
What you will do :
- Scale up the outbound channel for the SMB team, with lead sourcing as your core mandate.
- Test and iterate on new channels to find where high-quality leads actually come from.
- Build a repeatable sourcing motion, not one-off lists.
- Build AI-led enrichment and scoring models that decide which leads are worth a rep's time.
- Design workflows that generate intent from the user's lens, before a single call is made.
- Build non-call touchpoints, AI calling, and multi-step sequences that move leads on their own.
- Scale at the right cost. You'll own cost per qualified lead and the efficiency metrics behind it, and defend both.
You’re a good fit if you have:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in automation, growth, operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows (n8n, Clay, Zapier, or similar)
- Worked with LLM APIs and prompt-driven pipelines in production, not just demos
- Enough SQL or spreadsheet fluency to measure what you build
- Shipped at least one outbound or growth experiment end-to-end — a personal project counts
- (Bonus) Exposure to CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
The mindset we’re seeking:
- You think in unit economics, not just volume. Scale that burns money isn't scale.
- You're comfortable wearing a PM, business, and growth hat in the same week.
- You iterate fast, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does.
- Bias to build. You'd rather ship a rough workflow this week than spec a perfect one for a month.
