🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze machine/equipment data, inspection reports and equipment history
• Review electronic fault codes and diagnostic information
• Identify equipment issues and recommend corrective/preventive actions
• Provide technical recommendations to Dealer representatives
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations
• Support equipment issue tracking and resolution
• Communicate technical recommendations through email and calls
